As an Intern Customer Service & Sales Support at Coco Clean, you are the link between our company and our customers. You will support our customer service team by resolving customer questions quickly and efficiently, while supporting our sales team in building customer relationships. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in both customer service and sales in a fast-growing company and make a direct impact on the growth of our company.
Responsibilities:
In this internship you will be responsible for various tasks related to both customer service and sales:
Manage customer queries via email, chat and phone: You will be there to assist customers, answer their questions and resolve their issues quickly and efficiently. This can range from providing product information to assisting with returns and delivery issues.
Assist in processing orders, returns and customer claims: You will assist the team in administering orders, returns and handling complaints in a professional and customer-oriented manner.
Support in managing the sales pipeline and customer communication: You will help follow up on leads, support the sales team with commercial proposals and actions, and maintain customer contacts to ensure that our customers remain satisfied.
Analyzing customer feedback: You collect customer feedback and report trends or common questions to the team so we can continuously improve our products and services.
Assist with commercial preparations: Support the sales team in preparing proposals for new customers, including preparing documents, customer presentations and quotations.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills: You can communicate clearly and customer-oriented in both Dutch and English. You have a positive and service-oriented attitude and enjoy being in contact with customers.
Proactive attitude: You take initiative and do not wait, but actively think about solutions and improvements. You are open to feedback and learn quickly.
Organizationally strong: You are good at setting priorities and working with deadlines. You have an eye for detail and ensure that everything is handled neatly and accurately.
Team player: You have no trouble working with different teams and have a collegial attitude. At the same time, you can work independently and manage your own responsibilities well.
Interest in sales and customer service: Knowledge of or interest in sales processes, customer relations and improving the customer experience is a plus.
