Payments
Our orders are automatically processed and shipped immediately. Unfortunately, orders can no longer be canceled once they have been paid. So check your order carefully!
Yes, we will send back the money in the same way as you paid your order. Please contact us if you didn't receive your money back yet.
You should receive an order confirmation email immediately after your order is placed. If you didn't receive a confirmation email, please contact us and we will help you further.
We currently accepts payments with: Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDeal and Bancontact.
Returns
The customers pay the return costs themselves. Contact us to start your return.
We operate a 14 day return guarantee. Products that are unopened, unused and undamaged may be returned. For a return request Contact Us.
Please note that the return costs are at your own expense and it is not possible to exchange an item for another product.
Shipping
Coco Clean has a free shipping policy from €40 and above!
We will despatch all of our orders from QLS, located at Kerkeplaat 11, 3313 LC Dordrecht.
The shipping takes around 1 to 2 working days within the Netherlands and Belgium.

We recommend to use the Mouthwash for at least 2-3 times a week. Everyday use is recommended for the best and fastest whitening results. Don't use the Oil Pulling Mouthwashes more than 1x a day!
