Are you already familiar with the phenomenon of oil pulling? I had read about it from other bloggers, but had never done it myself. I don't know why, but I have some mixed feelings about it every time I think about it. On the one hand it appeals to me, on the other hand it doesn't seem so nice to me. Still, I tested it, the Coco Clean Oil Pulling.
By CocoClean I was sent two bottles, both oil pulling, but each with a different flavor. One has the taste of lemon, the other extra coco. If you are wondering what oil pulling is, it is rinsing with oil that reduces plaque, makes inflamed gums a thing of the past and gives you better breath. It removes discolorations, which in turn ensures whiter teeth. Think of it as a kind of mouthwash, but in oil form.
The bottles contain cold-pressed coconut oil, tea tree essential, myrrh essential and chamomile essential. The product is 100% natural and responsible and that makes it even more beautiful. The packaging is also really beautiful. Each glass bottle is delivered in a cardboard box, a true gift.
Before use, heat the bottle under the tap until the product becomes liquid (25 degrees or higher). Then take 10 ml. (one capful) of this product and rinse it around your teeth and gums for 5 to 10 minutes. Then spit out and brush your teeth. It is preferable to use it in the morning. I thought it was a really special experience. I thought it would take some time to get used to it, but I didn't get used to it. Oil pulling is not for me unfortunately, but that is entirely a personal thing and has nothing to do with this product. Coco Clean Oil Pulling works fantastic, your breath is clean and it feels good after use.
Coco Clean Oil Pulling comes in a 200 ml bottle. and costs €25.95 each. It is available for purchase through Cococlean.nl .
